Shipping Policy

Orders are processed by the official merchant within 1–2 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

U.S. Shipping

International Shipping

NewEra Protect ships to select international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Due to regulations, only 1-bottle and 3-bottle options ship to Canada.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor delivery progress through the carrier's website. Most U.S. orders ship via standard ground services.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or appears lost, contact customer support at hello@your-newera.com with your order number. The merchant will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not possible. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-shipping.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the box and contents and contact support within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
